Courage~Magic~Healing: Custom Flower & Gem Essences

Sometimes we feel so stuck.  We know we want to do something different in our lives--maybe we can even see what that change is--but we can't seem to get out of our own way, or figure out how to positively impact our path.

The psyche is good at keeping us 'safe' within a known pattern.  Any attempt we make to push out of that pattern, without learning new ways of creating safety for ourselves, will inevitably come up against that survival pattern, and lose. 

But what if the answer was to learn to relax more deeply within yourself?  What if the answer was not something to grasp out there, but the nourishment of an inner alignment with both your gifts and wounds?

Every part of the natural world has its medicine, something that reconnects us to our breath, to our bodies, to each other, and to life and Spirit itself.  Sometimes that is as simple as the beauty of a sunset, or the green of the forest on a favorite hike. 

Flower and gem essences are a gentle yet potent way to work with nature medicine every day.  Made by imprinting spring water with the energy signature of the flower and/or gem under the sun and moon, these essences support us to shift into deeper alignment with our own soul signature, effortlessly.

Why you might choose a custom essence for yourself:

While the apothecary has a multitude of options, there's something extra special about a custom formula.  Being the plant geek that I am, I have a plethora of single formulas from Bach, Flower Essence Society, the Chalice Well, as well as my proprietary essences, to concoct the most fabulous, nourishing potion *just for you*

What you might experience when using essences.  Everyone's experience is unique, of course.

How it works and what your session includes:

• First choose if you want 1 or two bottles of your custom essence.  One bottle last about 4-6 weeks with daily use, and 6 weeks is the minimum time I recommend to work with any given essence, but often you may want to work with one for 3-6 months.  You can order refills (new bottle) of your concoction but it is cheaper to order 2 in your original session.  If you are outside of the US please choose the International option because of shipping expenses. 

• A pre-session questionnaire to help you clarify you intention and to give me the foundation to have a juicy and clarifying session

• A 1/2 hour Zoom session to drop in and create magic together.  All you have to do is show up and share honestly; I'll ask clarifying questions, as well as explain how to use your essence.  Our time together often includes pulling a few divination cards and suggesting 1-2 small but potent practices to deepen your healing.  I can also help you choose any other potions from the Apothecary to create a custom ritual kit.

• 20% off any other Apothecary for the Soul potions

• On the next new moon (see list below) I will create your custom essence in ceremony, and ship it off to you in the following days.  New moons are the perfect time to set intentions.  You are welcome to reach out to me with any questions over the following weeks.

• *Witchy Bonus!* Any custom formulas ordered with your Zoom session completed by Sunday 1/31/22 will have their essence made on 2/2/22, Imbolc/St Brigid's Day, a customary time for witches to make their devotions for the coming year and a day (you don't have to overtly call yourself a witch, just to resonate with this Earth magic!)

• Take your essences 2-4x day, a few drops on your tongue or in water.  You don't have to exert any particular effort to make them work, but it is helpful to cultivate a gentle curiosity & open awareness of their presence in your life

• After about 6 weeks of regular use you can evaluate where you are at with the unfolding of your intention.  If you feel grounded and centered in the new, more authentic soul pattern you may switch to taking your essence 'as needed'; if not I encourage your to support yourself with another 6 weeks of medicine.
